EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY

We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to have an item that is eligible for returns and exchanges; you will know that by reading the description box of the item you choose before checking out. To start a return, you can contact us at Instagram or Shoptanjee@gmail.com and send us any issues that you have with the item(s) - including pictures to prove the state of the item before it's given to the courier company.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return request confirmation and the courier company will pick the item up within 3-7 working days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as cotton, light Lenin, wool, tight items that are meant to stick to the body), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

items on sale are not eligible for exchanges or returns. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded the amount you pain minus the original shipping fees and the return fees through a bank transfer or an E-wallet transfer, and not in cash through the courier company. 

Please note that returns and exchanges requests take up to 10 working days to be processed. 

Please note that if the item returned faulty or worn -not in its original state-, or the tag was removed, the return request will be cancelled.
